Carlos Subero, Venezuela, is widely credited with being one of the first journalists in Venezuela to use computer-assisted reporting techniques.
Subero has also been described as his country’s main advocate of “precision journalism,” which encourages the use of a more scientific methodological approach to reporting. He has reported on his nation’s politics since 1983, and has extensively covered the political elite and the parliaments they head.
