Claudio Tognolli, Brazil, is an investigative reporter with more than 35 years experience and a PhD professor of journalism from the University of São Paulo, USP. He currently writes for Yahoo! Brazile.Tognolli has published 12 books. The latest, "Assassinato de Reputações", has sold 120,000,00 copies since December 2014.Another of his books, a biography of Brazilian rock singer Lobão, has sold 170,000 copies. His ninth book, The Magic Door, is an investigation about John Lennon's, Jimi Hendrix, and Frank Sinatra's sound engineer and record studio owner, Roy Cicala.Tognolli has worked for the biggest Brazilian media organizations, at Veja magazine, Folha de S. Paulo, O Estado de S. Paulo, and radio stations CBN, Eldorado and Jovem Pan. He was a foreign correspondent for the daily Folha de S. Paulo, working in more than 20 countries.He has received numerous awards, including the Grande Premio Folha de Jornalismo, Premio Esso and Jabuti Prize (the Brazilian Pulitzer for books). Tognolli has a masters in psychoanalysis and a PhD in philosophy. He is also the founder-director of the Brazilian Association for Investigative Journalism.
