Nelfi Fernández Reyes, Bolivia, is an investigative journalist at El Deber newspaper.
She participated in ICIJ’s Panama Papers investigation.
She has graduate degrees in organized crime coverage and digital journalism and was a correspondent and a member of the U.N. Peace Missions in Haiti.
In 2016, she was nominated for the Data Journalism Awards and the Gabriel García Márquez Award for her research ‘El patrimonio del cabinet de Evo’. She is a web editor at the newspaper El Deber, where she directed the research on the Panama Papers and is forms part of the investigative team.
