Nicole Sadek is an investigative reporter for ICIJ. Previously, she was an investigative data reporter at Bloomberg Law. Her work has appeared in The Washington Post, ProPublica, Bloomberg News and other publications. Nicole is the winner of the 2025 Livingston Award for International Reporting.
Nicole holds a bachelor's degree in international studies and creative writing from Emory University and a master's degree in investigative journalism from Arizona State University. She first joined ICIJ in 2022 as an editorial fellow as part of the Scripps Howard Foundation's Roy W. Howard Fellowship program.
