Zshekinah Collier was an intern at ICIJ in summer 2019.
She is a New Haven, Connecticut native and a senior at American University in Washington, D.C. in the School of Public Affairs. Zshekinah is majoring in Justice and Law with a concentration in Criminology and a minor in Communications. She will graduate in May 2020.
Before coming to ICIJ, she was the main anchor for American University Television and staff writer and news editor for The Blackprint Magazine, a campus online and print publication. Zshekinah is also the incoming Co-Editor in Chief of The Blackprint.
